Sengkang as Regional Centre
The future Seletar Regional Centre will be the 4th regional centre in Singapore, serving the North-East Region in Seletar. It is located next to the Seletar Aerospace Park and has the potential to grow to two times that of Tampines Regional Centre.

SingHaiyi Group Ltd is a listed company in Singapore that specialises in property development, property trading, real estate investment, real estate co-investment and real estate management services. It was formerly known as SingXpress Land Ltd.
The Vales EC will be SingHaiyi’s fifth residential property project and second executive condominium property development project in Singapore. At S$192.9 million, the land parcel was awarded to SingHaiyi in February 2014.
Past developments by SingHaiYi include Citylife EC @ Tampines which is the first luxury-hotel style EC in Singapore, jointly developed with its partners.
